JANUARY SNT: balance.
We are going to work on three different balancing areas, with three different difficulties each
STATIC BALANCE:
sequence: neutral position, right foot, both feet, left foot)
(B): hold each position for 30 seconds
(I): hold each position for 30 seconds with your arms behind the back
(A): hold each position for 10 seconds with your eyes closed
SQUATS:
(B): Accumulate 100 squats
(I): Accumulate 50 pistols per leg
(A): Accumulate 10 dragon squats per leg
AWARENESS
(B): perform three 360 ° turns, three times per side
(I): perform two 180 ° pirouettes, three times per side
(A): make a 360 ° pirouette, three times per side
